    Tyler is a straight-up dirt surgeon — a former union operator who could run a blade before most kids knew how to ride a bike. Whether it’s grading a slope to 0.1% tolerance or pushing tons of base in tight windows, Tyler brings confidence, experience, and calm energy to every site. He’s the guy vendors trust, crews respect, and clients love. If there’s a machine on-site, Tyler’s probably in it, and it’s running smooth.

    Gunnar "Groot" Little

    Co-Owner/Laborer

    “Tools Tight, Schedule Tighter”

    Gunnar is the precision tech behind Hardline Construction — with a background in electrical systems, concrete foundations, and utility installations. With a mind like a calculator and hands that don’t miss, he’s the guy wiring up truck scales in industrial yards one day and leading concrete pours the next. Known for his no-BS communication style and military-grade work ethic, Gunnar handles business development, client relationships, and the engineering side of operations. He’s not just running the crew — he’s building the process from the ground up.

    Zack’s the wild card with the work ethic to back it up. As Hardline’s field foreman and utility player, he can run anything with a motor and talk smack while doing it. He’s relentless, fast to learn, and dependable when it counts — the kind of guy who’ll beat you to the jobsite and stay till the lights go out. Hunting, horsepower, or hard labor — Zack brings torque wherever he goes.
